Product Line Review

Provide a general review of product lines to evaluate product mix relative to market trends and competition; a price point rationale; a retail distribution review; a competitiveness profile. Based on these analyses, PEP will recommend ways to strengthen product mix through a variety of actions including a trim plan, replacement package and/or broader line reconstruction. PEP can also can offer new product ideas to strengthen the existing line or to meet market or other competitive demands.
